Notice is hereby given that the Edina City Council will meet at City Hall, 4801 W. 40th Street, Edina, Min-
nesota, on Oct. 1, 2019, at 7:00 p.m., to hear, consider and pass upon all objections both oral and written, to
proposed special assessments for the following improvements:
• AQUATIC VEGETATION IMPROVEMENT NO. AQ-19 ARROWHEAD AND INDIANHEAD LAKES, LAKE
NANCY, AND MINNEHAHA CREEK MILL POND
The area proposed to be assessed for said improvement is as follows:
All lots riparian to Arrowhead Lake, Indianhead Lake, Lake Nancy and Minnehaha Creek Mill Pond.

The area proposed to be assessed for said improvement is as follows: 3113 54th Street, 5400 & 5402 Xerxes
Avenue, 5400 to 5410 York Avenue, and 5401 to 5411 Zenith Avenue.
TOTAL AMOUNT OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT IS: $73,991.01 (ROADWAY)
TOTAL AMOUNT OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT IS: $13,067.90 (YORK ALLEY)
TOTAL AMOUNT OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT IS: $11,981.28 (YORK-ZENITH ALLEY)

TOTAL AMOUNT OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT IS: $157,442.12

The area proposed to be assessed for said improvement is as follows: 6500 to 6532 Creek Drive, 5612 to
5624 Doron Drive, 6300 to 6409 Doron Lane, 6400 to 6635 Limerick Drive, 6300 to 6413 Limerick Lane, 5408,
5501, 5601 and 5608 Valley Lane, 6400 and 6404 Valley View Road.
TOTAL AMOUNT OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENTS IS: $902,452.81
• CONCORD A & G NEIGHBORHOOD ROADWAY RECONSTRUCTION, IMPROVEMENT NO. BA-447
The area proposed to be assessed for said improvement is as follows: 4701 to 4900 W 60th Street, 4704 to
4816 W 62nd Street, 5944, 6140 & 6200 Concord Avenue, 6004 to 6301 Parnell Avenue, 6104 to 6225 Ryan
Avenue, 4708 to 4825 Valley View Road, 6000 to 6313 Virginia Avenue, 4700 to 4713 Virginia Lane.
TOTAL AMOUNT OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT IS: $1,476,722.45
• COUNTRY CLUB C NEIGHBORHOOD ROADWAY RECONSTRUCTION, IMPROVEMENT NO, BA-448
The area proposed to be assessed for said improvement is as follows: 2 to 8 Edina Court
TOTAL AMOUNT OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENTS IS: $68,579.88
• BREDESEN PARK A NEIGHBORHOOD ROADWAY RECONSTRUCTION, IMPROVEMENT NO. BA-450
The area proposed to be assessed for said improvement is as follows: 6100 to 6121 Habitat Court and 6100
to 6110 Waterford Court.
TOTAL AMOUNT OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENTS IS: $114,608.72
The proposed assessment rolls are now on file in the office of the City Clerk and is open to public inspection.
Notice is hereby given that the Edina City Council will meet at City Hall, 4801 W. 40th Street, Edina, Minne-
sota, on Oct. 15, 2019, at 7:00 p.m., to hear, consider and pass upon all objections both oral and written, to
proposed certification of the following delinquent public utility bills:
• DELINQUENT PUBLIC UTILITIES — DU-19
TOTAL AMOUNT OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENTS IS: 6542,874.70
The proposed certification list is now on file in the office of the City Clerk and is open to public inspection.
APPEAL
Any owner may appeal the assessment to the District Court pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.081, by
serving notice of the appeal upon the Mayor or Clerk of the City of Edina within thirty (30) days after adoption
of the assessment by the City Council, and by filing such notice with the District Court within ten (10) days
after service upon the Mayor or Clerk. However, no appeal may be taken as to an assessment unless a written
objection signed by the affected property owner is filed with the Clerk of the City of Edina prior to the hearing
or presented to the presiding officer at the hearing.
