BA-411 The property proposed to be as- sessed for said improvement is as follows: 6025 York Avenue South TOTAL AMOUNT OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT IS: $5,688.38 (ROADWAY) The proposed assessment rolls are now on file in the office of the City Clerk and is open to public in- spection. APPEAL Any owner may appeal the as- sessment to the District Court pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.081, by serving notice of the appeal upon the Mayor or Clerk of the City of Edina within thirty (30) days after adoption of the assess- ment by the City Council, and by filing such notice with the District Court within ten (10) days after service upon the Mayor or Clerk.
