EASEMENT

tidHEREAS, The undersigned, George C, Christopher and Dagman
Christopher, husband and wife, are the owners of the premises hereinafter
described, situated in the Village of Edina, County of Hennepin, State of
Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, Said premises are within what is known as "Colonial Grove.
Golf Terrace, Storm Sewer District No. 19P, heretofore created in said village
and with others, the undersigned are desirous of having said sewer line con-
structed and thereafter maintained for the service of their property.,
NOW, THEREFORE, In consideration of the premises and of the sum of
One Dollar 01.00), to us in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, we, the undersigned, hereby give and grant unto the Village of
Edina, a municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the
State of Minnesota, a perpetual easement Twenty —Five (25) feet in width, for
public road purposes, on the following described premises.
The West Twenty -Five (25) feet of the North One Hundred Twenty -
Four and Seven Tenths (124.7) feet of the South Seven Hundred
Thirty Five and Ninety- One -One Hundredths (735.91) feet of the
Southeast Quarter (S4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW4) of Section
Nineteen (19), Township Twenty-Eight (28), Range Twenty-Four (24),
according to the map or plat thereof on .file and of record in the
office of the Register of Deeds in and for said Hennepin County,
Y(innesota.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, The above mentioned George G. Christopher and I
Dagmar sto her, husband and wife, have hereunto set their hands this
