EASEMENT FOR STREET PURPOSES
THIS INDENTURE, Made this ,-1,, 4lay of 1945,
between Thomas Cordalis and Margaret Cordalis, his wife, and Rhoda S.
Lund and Russell T. Lund, wife and husband, of the County of Hennepin and

State of Minnesota, parties of the first part, and the Village of Edina,
a municipal corporation, in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other consideration
to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey
unto the said party of the second part, its successors and assigns', for-
ever, the right, power and privilege and an easement for use as a pub-
lic street and thoroughfare in, on and to the following described real
estate situated in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, to -wit:
The North twenty -five feet (251) of the East twenty-
two feet ( 22' ) of the South Half ( S* ) of Lot Thirty-
six (36) Auditors Subdivision One Hundred seventy -
two (1791,
and the parties of the first part, for themselves, their heirs, execu-
tors and administrators, do covenant with the said party of the second
part, its successors and assigns, that they are well seized in fee of
the lands and premises aforesaid and have good right to sell and convey
the same in the manner and.form aforesaid and that the same are free
from all encumbrances.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, The said parties of the first part
have hereunto set their hands the day and year first above written.
