QUIT CLAIM DEED
This Indenture, made this &/ day of =j, 1953, between
LOUISE A. NEWBURN, a widow, and EST L. N RN, single, of the County of Hennepin
and State of Minnesota, parties of the first part and the VILLAGE OF EDINA, a municipal
corporation, under the laws of the State of Minnesota, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the said parties of the first part, in consideration of the sum
of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration to them in hand paid
by the party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby
Grant, Bargain, Quitclaim and Convey unto the said party of theMecond': its

feet South of the North line of said section; thence East parallel to the North
line of said section, a distance of 50 feet; thence in a Southeasterly direction
to a point Two Hundred Ninety -eight (298.0) feet West of the East line of said
section and One Thousand Thirty-nine and Ninety-four Hundredths (1039.94) feet
South of the North line if said section; thence West parallel to the North line
of said section, a distance of 50 feet; thence in a Northwesterly direction to
the point of begirming, all according to the United States Government survey

The purpose of this Deed is to convey the above described premises to the second
party for roadway purposes only,

feet South of the North line of said section; thence East parallel to the North
line of said section, a distance of 50 feet; thence in a Southeasterly direction
