the first part, and the Village of Edina, a municipal corpora-
tion, in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, party
of the second part:
WITNESSETH, That the parties of the first part, for
and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other
consideration, hereby convey and warrant to the party of the
second part the following described real estate in the County
of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, to -wit:
