Eleven (11), Browndale Park, according to the plat thereof on file and
of record in the office of the Register of Deeds of said Hennepin
County, Minnesota said easement being; -ore particularly described as
the free right to enter upon said pr�rAiis<.s, excavate the soil and
construct and install therein a story. sewer, to replace the excavated
soil and maintain said sewer forever, with sufficient soil above the
same to prevent the freezing, of liquids therein, for the passage and
drainage of storm and. surface water, including the right to enter
upon said premises at all reasonable tires for the purpose of repair-
ing, cleaning and maintaining the said sewer.
It is understood that party of the second part will restore the surface
of the soil where excavated as nearly as possible to its condition
before such excavation promptly after the work is completed.
This easement is granted on condition that surface water only will be
permitted to flow through said storm sewer and only such surface water
as heretofor would naturally flow over approximately the course of this
easement and into said Lot Four (4) and adjacent low lying property of
party of the first part, and will be subject to termination upon breach
of said condition.
