EASEMENT
WHEREAS, The undersigned, Richard W. Giertsen and Elizabeth'C.
Giertsen, husband and wine, are the owners of the premises hereinafter
described, situated in the Village of Edina, County of Hennepin, State
of Minnesota- ",and
WHEREAS, Said premises are within what is known as "Colonial
Grove Golf Terrace, Storm Sewer District No. 190, heretofore created.`
in said 'Tillage and with others, the undersigned, are desirous of having
said sewer line constructed. and. thereafter maintained for the service
of their property.
NOW, THEREFORE, In consideration of the premises and of the sum
of One Dollar 0 1.00), to them in hand paid, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, the undersigned hereby give and grant unto the
VpiQlla e of Edina, a municipal corporation organized and existing under

perpetual- easement five (5) feet
in width and. of the necessary depth for the construction, installation,,
operation, maintenance and repair of a storm sever in, under and upon
the following described premisest
The Northeasterly 5 feet of that part of Lot 5,
lying South?at esterly of a line drawn parallel with
and 40 feet distant Northeasterly measured at right
angles to the Southwesterly line thereof, all in
Block 9, Golf Terrace Heights, Hennepin County,
Minnesota; said 5 feet being measured at right
angles to the Northeasterly line of said part of
Lot 5,
It is understood that said sewer will be constructed and there-
after maintained within the easement limits as above described, and
that the surface of the area will be replacedd in the condition that
existed before s&id sewer was constructed, maintained, or repaired,
including any necessary grading, landscaping, sodding or other repairs
made necessary by the installation and operation of the storm sewer.

panty, Minnesota, and of the necessary depth for the'con-
atruction, installation, operation, maintenance and repair
of a storm suer in, under and upon the above described 5
foot strip.
It is understood that said sewer will be constructed and thereafter
maintained within the easement limits as above described, and that the
surface of the area will be replaced in the condition that existed before
said sewer was constructed, maintained, or repaired* including any necessary
grading, landscaping, sodding or other repairs made necessary by the n-
stallation and operation of the storm sewer.
