THIS INSTRUMENT, Made this 8th day of October, 1953, by and between J. Frank
Ecklund and Catherine T. Ecklund, husband and Wife, and Parke D. Robinson and
Lucile S. Robinson, husband and Wife, of the County of Hennepin and State of
Minnesota, parties of the first part, and the Village of Edina, a municipal
corporation of the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, party of the second
part;
WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part in consideration
of One and no /100 ($1.00) Dollars, to them in hand paid by the said party of the
second part, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Quitclaim and Convey to
said party of the second part an easement for the purposes hereinafter set forth
in and over the following described property situated in the Village of Edina,
County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, towits
A strip Two (2) feet in width and lying within the
Easterly Five (5) of the Easterly Ninety -five (95) feet of
the Westerly One hundred sixty (160) feet of Lot Forty -three
(43), Auditorts Subdivision Number 1720 Hennepin County,
Minnesota, according to the recorded plat thereof.
The easement hereby conveyed is for the construction of two undergroxnd

relocation or shift shall, however$ be such as to impair the efficient and safe
operation of the power transmission lines for the purpose intended.
The duration of this easement shall be perpetual.
This grant shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the heirs,
personal representatives, successors, and assigns of the parties hereto.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The said parties of the first part have hereunto
set their hands and seals the day and year first above written.
