corporation under the
laws
of the State of 14inresota, party of the second part,,

valuable consideration to it in hand paid by the said party of the second part,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargaain, quit-
claim and convey unto the said party of the second part, its successors and
assigns, forever, all the tracts or parcels of laud lying and being in the
County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, described as follows, to -wits
The ehst Tw Hundred (200) feet of the East wo rlundred Thirty
( 230) feet of the North Three Hundred (304) feet of the South
Three Hundred :seventy (374) feet of the North Three- quarters of
the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (N 3/4 of 54 of W}
of Section Nineteen (19), Township Twenty-eight (28), Range Twenty.
four (24), according to the map or plat thereof on file and of
record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and br Hennepin
County, Minnesota.
The foregoing conveyance is made subject to the following restrictions,
conditions and reservations wbich shall be binding upon independent School
District #17, its successors and assigns and shall be, a covenant running with
the lands
(1) Any building or part thereof or per - ?anent structure erected
upon said land by the party of the second part shall not be
within thirty (34) feet of the existing pumping station
located on the above described tract. Any contemplated structures
by the party of the second part shall first be approved by the
Minnesota State Board of Health and shall be in conformity with
the laws and regulations pertaining thereto. Proof of such
approval shall be submitted in writing to the party of the first
part before any construction shall begin.
(2) Party of the first pant reserves to itself the building$
equipment and machinery located on the above described lard
and now used can a pumpting station. It further reserves the
perpetual right of ingress and egress to the building, equip.
ment, and machinery located thereon for purposes of repair,
care, maintenance and replacement of said bu:Udingg equipment
and machinery. It being understood that any replacement of the
existing building by party of the first part mq be on its
present site or anywhere within property herein conveyed that
is not occupied by a building or part thereof or permanent
:structure erected upon said land by party of second part.
(3) Said land Mali be cared for and attended by party of second
part in the same manner as public: school lands adjoining it
with respect to grass mowing, weed eradication and general
maintenance.

To have and to hold the same, together with all the hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in arise appertaining, to the said
party of the second part, its successors and assigns, forever.

to be executed in its corporate name by its Mayor anal its Clerk and its cor-
porate seal to be hereunto affixed the day and year first .above written.
