and Wife of the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota,
parties of the first part, and the Village of Edinaj, a munioipal
corporation of the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota' party
of the second part;
WITW -WETH, That the said parties of the first part, in
consideration of One and n0/lOO (1,00) Dollars, to them in hand paid
by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, do Grants Bargain, Sell and Convey to said party of the
second part/ an Easement for the purposes hereinafter set forth, in and
over the following described property situated in the Village of Edinaa
County of Hennepin and oState of Minnesota, to wits
South 44 feet of the North 832.5 Feet of the East 330 Feet of
that part of the NMI of the J* lying West of Peacedale Acres

A strip of laid 16 Feet is width the centerline of which enters
the above described property at a point 13.3 Feet West of the BE

It is a condition of this easement that the parties of the second
part will net permit trespass on adjacent property during the
construction or maintenance of said sanitary sewer,
Said Lands described above all lying within Section 30, Tounship 28, Range 24.
This Easement far sanitary sewer purposes only,
It is the intention and agreement of the Parties hereto that
the party of the second part shall in the construction, or maintenance
of said utilities, replace the surface after any excavation in connection
with such construction or maintenance w6rk, in as nearly as possible the
same condition as before suoh excavation, and it is a condition of this
easement that said restoration of the surface dhall be done within a
reasonable time after any excavating and in all events shall be completed
within sixty days after such excavation work is begun.
The duration of this easement shall be perpetuale but shall expire
if sanitary, sewer is not Constructed or is abandoned.
