PROSPECT KNOLLS A NEIGHBORHOOD
ROADWAY RECONSTRUCTION
IMPROVEMENT NO. BA-458
The Edina City Council will meet at the Edina City Hat on Monday,
December 9, 2019, at 6:00 p.m. to consider the following proposed im-
provements to be constructed under the authority granted by Minneso-
ta Statutes, Chapter 429.
Prospect Knolls A Estimated Total
Neighborhood Roadway Assessment Cost
Assessment District 1 $1,980,000
Assessment District 2 $518,000
The areas proposed to be assessed by the proposed roadway im-
provement includes all properties between and including:
Assessment District 1: 5900 to 5920 70th Street West, 7101 to 7123
Antrim Court, 7000 to 7021 Antrim Road, 2 to 8 Antrim Terrace,
7023 to 7104 Down Road, 7000 to 7013 Dublin Road, 7000 to 7020
Kerry Road, 5812 to 5920 Lee Valley Road, 7201 to 7209 Shannon
Drive, 7100 to 7121 Tralee Drive, 7024 to 7032 Wexford Road
Assessment District 2: 5805 to 7133 Shannon Drive,
6000 to 6013 Dublin Circle
The properties in Assessment District 1 are proposed to be assessed
at approximately $32,900 per residential equivalent unit.
The properties in Assessment District 2 are proposed to be assessed
at approximately $18,500 per residential equivalent unit.
Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed
improvement will be heard at this meeting.
