INTRODUCTION:
At the October 1 City Council meeting, the Energy and Environment Commission (EEC) presented their work
plan item "Initiative 5: Study and Report on Climate Action Plan P arameters." Following this presentation,
Council directed staff to analyze and create a draft plan to be considered by Council at a future time. Tonight,
staff will present an approach to complete this project.
