This is the standard form of bill to be used for all
claims against the various departments of Hennepin
County.
Legal Requisvments —All bills must be-
t. Fully itemized, showing dates, quantities, unit and total
prices.
2. Verified before a Notary or other official qualified to
take acknowledgments.
3. Warrants in payment of claims cannot be issued until
15 days after claim is approved by County Board.
We are just as anxious as you are to have payments
made promptly. We cannot, however, avoid the legal
restrictions. Your co- operation will speed up payments.
See that bills are properly itemized and verified and
bill us without delay as soon as you have made delivery.
The County Board passes bills on the first and third
Mondays of each month. Acknowledgments will be taken
at the County Auditor's office without charge.
If you will follow out these instructions, you will speed
up payment of your claims, and also please us.
