Evans and Marie Leans $ and US , of the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, parties of the first part, and the Village of Edina, a municipal corporation of the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota., party of the second part; WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, in consideration of One and no /2,00 (1000) Dol,14rs, to them in hand paid by. the said party of the second party the teceipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do Grant, Bargain, Sell and Convey to said party of the second part an Easement for the purposes hereinafter set forth, in and over the following described property situated in the Village of Edina, County of Hennepin and State of Minnesotan to wit: Parcel. 58003, Section 32, Township 117, Range 21 Comencing on the west line of the S «5.1A of NA*1A 532.25 feet north of the S.W. corner thereof; hence north 870 east 406.15 feet; thence south parallel with the west line of the S`.SelA of the R.W.1A X7.25 feet; thence south 870 west 406.15 feet; thence south 43 feet; theme north 870 east 565 feet; thence north 460 -361 east 4600 feet; theme north 240--311 east 319.1 feet; thence north 530 -391 east 225 feet, more or less, to the east line of the N.W.1/4; thence cart &the N.S, corner of the S.1 *1/4 of the 8.W.1/4; thence westerly and southwesterly along the centerline of the old road to the west line of the S.1.I,/4 of the N.W.1A; thence south to the point of beginning, emmept the road. The centerline of the twenty foot wide utility easement begins at a point on the east line and 92 feet south of the R.S. corner of hot 10, Warden Acres; thence rarest at 900 to said east line of said lot 7.0, a distance of 180 feet pore or less- thence S.W. at a deflsotLon angle of 620 -161 right, a distance of 463.45 feet; theme aorthiresterly at a deflection angle of 570-001 left, a distance of 271.90 feet; theme northwesterly at a deflection angle of 540 -361 right, a distance of 457.71 feet; thence northeasterly at a deflection angle of 790 -331 right, a distance of 136.28 feet. It is the intention and agreement of the Parties hereto that the party of the second part shall in the construction, or maintenance of said utilities, replace the surface after any excavation in connection with such construction or maintenance work, in as nearly as possible the same condition as before such excavation. The duration of this easement shall be perpetual.
