Parties of the first part, and the Village of Edina, a municipal
corporation of the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota# party
of the second part;
WITNESSETH3 That the said parties of the first part, In
consideration of One and no /100 (1.00) Dollars, to them in hand paid
by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged.. do Grantp Bargains Sell and Convey to said party of the
second part an Easement far the purpooes hereinafter set forth, in and
over the following described property situated in tie Village of Edina,
County of Hennepin and Stake of Minnesota, to wits
A strip of land 20.0 feet wide, 10.0 feet on each side of the following
described centerline thereof.
Beginning at the point where the centerline of Crescent Drive, as laid , G,
out in Countryside, as of record, intersects the South line of the N.E.
of the S.E.k of Section 32, T. 117 N., R. 21, W. 5th P.M., thence N. 700
241 West along the extension of�said centerline of Crescent Drive 10.681
to a point of curve to the right, the central angle thereof being 190 36t,
and the radius being 322.96 feet long, thence along said curve 110.18 "feet
to the point of tangency, thence North 50.0 feet to a point 165 *0 feet North
of the South line of said N.E. k of the S.E. 4, thence West and parallel
with said South line, 93.2 feet, more or less, to the point of intersection
with the extension South of the East line of Lot 48, Warden Acres, as of
record, thence North along the said extension of the East line of Lot 48,
165.0 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot 48, also the East 10.0 feet y
of Lot 48, Warden Acres, I
This Easement for sanitary sewer purposes only.
It is the intention and agreement of the Parties hereto that
the party of the second part shall in the construction, or maintenance
of said utilities, replace the surface after ary excavation in connection
with such construatton or maintenance work, in as nearly as possible the
same condition as before such excavation,, and it is a condition of this
easement that said restoration of the surface shall be done within a
reasonable time after arq excavating and in all events shall be completed
within sixth* days after such excavation work is begun..
The duration of this easement shall be perpetual,
