Gentlemen:
We return herewith an original and one copy of a quit ' ' " r a w►
claim deed running to the Village from Kathryn L. Kimball., N. H.
Sundquist and Kenneth J. Sundquist, conveying property on the
West side of Concord Avenue. The marital status of the grantors
is not shown. The county records indicate that Kathryn L. Kimball
is married to Robert R. Kimball, Kenneth J. Sundquist is married
to Elaine S. Sundquist, and N. H. Sundquist is a widower.
We have reviewed Registered Land Survey No. 212 and find
it to be satisfactory except that the description attached thereto
varies somewhat from the measurement and angles shown on the survey:
but the description is tied into accurate reference points. These
variations should have been corrected prior to registration but
inasmuch as the survey has been registered, we do not feel that Y
they are substantial enough to call for corrections.
We are currently holding the two deeds from the Legion
to the Village until current taxes are paid inasmuch as we cannot
record them until the taxes have been paid in full. The Village,
however, is the owner of the property at this time. The deed from
the Village to the Legion conveying Tract B, Registered Land
Survey No. 212, is adequate. We have prepared and enclose here -
with an additional deed conveying Tract C, Registered Land Survey
No. 212. As far as we know, no deed has been heretofore prepared
on this tract. The owner's duplicate certificate of title was sent
to you on both registered parcels and we believe you will find them
in your files. It will be necessary to deliver these to the Registrar
of Titles before the Legion can register their deeds. When those
deeds are registered, a residue certificate will be prepared for de-
livery to you.
