Re: Trunk Sewer Easements
Enclosed is a copy of an easement for utilities from
Warren H. Pease and Edith Pease, husband and wife, to the Village
of Edina. You will note that the correct legal description is
written out in longhand on the back of this easement. Warren H.
Pease and Edith Pease are no longer the owners of this parcel
of land. The new owner is Roy W. Larsen and it will be necessary
to obtain an easement from him in order to record.
We also have in our possession an easement for sanitary
sewer trunk line for the Interlachen Country Club to the Village
of Edina. In order to file this easement, we shall need the
owner's duplicate certificate of title No. 62625. If you are
able to obtain this duplicate, would you please mail the same
to us and we shall then file the easement.
