SUBORDINATION OF MORTGAGE
IKNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRISSENTS, That the undersigned, owner of
that certain mortgage dated the 17th _ day of August , 19 50 ?
executed by George F. Pfaff and Helen I. Pfaff, husband and wife,
as Mortgagors, to NORTHWESMN NATIONAL BANK
OF L =APOLIS, a United States of America corporation
as Mortgagee, filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds in
and for Hennepin Cou-sty, Minnesota, on the 21st day of August ,
1950 , and recorded therein in Book 2512 of Mortgages, page
447 , for a valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, does hereby subordinate the lien of said mortgage to the
right, title and interest of the Village of Edina in and to the following
described property situate in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota,
to -wit:
