That part of the East 12 acres of Lot Three (3), Cassints Cutlots Hennepin
County, according to the map or plat thereof on file and of record in the
office of the Register of Deeds in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota,
which lies Southerly of a line drawn parallel with and distant 65 feet Nor-
therly of the South line of the Northwest Quarter (NW4) of Section 29,
Township 28 North, Range 24 West,
together with a temporary easement for embanlment or slope over, under and across
the followings
A strip of land 5 feet in width adjacent to and Northerly of the above described
strip of right of way easement, and a second strip of land 10 feet in width
adjacent to and Northerly of the Easterly 80 feet of said 5 foot strip of
slope easement,
said tem >orary easement to cease or terminate upon completion of the pending grading
contract or not later than December 1, 1956.
