HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance No. 2019-17 Establishing PUD 19 Zoning DistrictDRAFT ORDINANCE FOR CONSIDERATION MARCH 4, 2020 ORDINANCE NO. 2019-17 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO ESTABLISH THE PUD-I9, PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT-I9 ZONING DISTRICT The City Of Edina Ordains: Section I. Chapter 36, Article VIII, Division 4 is hereby amended to add the following: Sec. 36-507 Planned Unit Development District-I9 (PUD-I9) — 4100 76TH Apartments (a) Legal description: Tract J, Registered Land Survey No. 1129 (b) Approved Plans. Incorporated herein by reference are the re-development plans, dated February 7, 2020 except as amended by City Council Resolution No. 2020-32 on file in the Office of the Planning Department. (c) Principal Uses: Multi-family Apartments/Townhomes/Condos. (d) Accessory Uses: All accessory uses allowed in the PCD- I Zoning District. (e) Conditional Uses: None Signs shall be regulated per the PCD Zoning District. (g) Income levels for all dwelling units shall be limited such that the average household income is 60% or less of the Area Median Income for a minimum of 40 years from the date of the Certificate of Occupancy.
