CITY OF EDINA ORDINANCE NO. 2019-19 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 10 OF THE EDINA CITY CODE CONCERNING RENTAL LICENSING THE CITY COUNCIL OF EDINA ORDAINS: Section 1. Chapter 10 of the City Code is amended to read as follows: 10-722.-Definitions: Rental dwelling means any apartment building or dwelling unit let for oc- cupancy. Rental dwelling does not include hotels, motels, and hospi- tals, and-homes-for-age+ 10-723 License Required: It is unlawful to operate a rental dwell- ing in the city without first having obtained a license from the City Manager. Licenses are renewed on an annual basis and-are-valid-from- May i to l30. Section 2. This ordinance is ef- fective immediately following pas- sage and publication.
