will at said time and place consider
the following:
A Proposed Comprehensive
Guide Plan Amendment to re-guide
the properties from low-density at-
tached to high density residential
and rezoning from R-1 to PRD-4 to
tear down the existing 4-unit apart-
ments at 5136-48 Hankerson Ave.
and the single-family home at 5132
Hankerson Ave. and build a 10-unit
townhome.
All recommendations and objec-
tions will be heard at said meetings.
