Fitness in the Park Series Returns Starting May 30
Edina, Minn., May 24, 2019 – Fitness in the Park is returning this spring and summer, bringing free and fun exercise opportunities at parks and green spaces throughout the city.
New this year are Family Fitness Classes, open to all ages, and a new location – Braemar Golf Course – for some classes.
Local fitness businesses will lead the classes, giving participants a test run of their program offerings. The types of exercise will vary by instructors, with offerings including yoga,
boot camps, cardio and strength training.
Fitness in the Park events are open to adults of all fitness levels. No registration is required. It’s recommended people dress for exercising outdoors and bring a towel and water. Children
