All that-part of the South 112 feet of that tract of land located
in Sections 20 and 29, Township 28, Range 2/+,. described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of the South one -half of the
Southwest quarter of Section 20; thence South 1782 feet; thence West
586.674 feet; thence North 1782 feet; thence East 586.674 feet, to
point of beginning;
which lies easterly of a line drawn parallel with and distant 33 feet Westerly of
the Last line of the above described tract;
containing 0.01 acre, in addition to existing basement for perpetual right of way
for roadway purposes over and across the East 30 feet of the above described tract;
together with a temporary easement for. the construction of back slopes upon a
strip of land 12 feet in width adjacent to and Westerly of the first above described
strip of right of way, said temporary easement to cease and terminate upon completion
of the pending construction contract, or not later than December 1, 1957.
