Kelly, 5600 Marwick Places, Mr. 5105 W.56th St., and an attorney representing Mr. Ellison, 5109 W.56�thFSt,s,reequ that Council rescind its Resolution Vacating Lane between Lot 12, Yvonne Terrace, and Lots 12, 13 and 14, Nylund's Place; claiming that they had received no notice of such vacation and that, therefore, vacation is illegal. They notified Council that thier OQlaim of Adverse Interests' had been filed with Registrar of Titles. Mr. E.C.Stow, owner of Lot 12, Yvonne Terrace, notified Council that if rescinding action is taken he will fight it in the Courts. Village Attorney Windhorst advised Council to take no action, stating that if Vacations :Proceedings are valid, Council can do nothing but condemn, to open up Lane.
