Swenson, as administrator, d.b.n, e.t.,a, of the Estate of Georgiana Frey Russell, deceased, Clara Belle Lyons and Michael W. Lyons, her husband, and lviary rauline Waper single are the owners of the premises hereinafter described, situated in the Village of Edina, County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, and WHEREAS, said premises are within what is known as "Joint Sewer istrict No. 1, Edina" heretofore created in said village and with others, the undersigned are desirous of having said joint sewer constructed and thereafter maintained for the'serviee'of their property.
