NOW, THEREPARB, M IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the
Village of Bdina, Hennepin County, M nnesota, that that portion of
Halifax Avenue (now named Halifax Lane) described as "All that part of
Lot Sr Southridge Addition in Hennepin County„ lying Westerly of
Halifax Avenue as It was dedicated as public street by the plat of
Southridge Addition, and all that part of Lot 69 Southridge Addition
In Hennepin County lying Easterly of Halifax Avenue as it was dedicated
as publics stroot by the plat of Southridge Addition ", as platted Sad
of record In the office of the Register of Deeds of Hennepin County,

Motion for adoption of the Resolution was seconded by Boing and on Rollsall
