EASQ -1ENT FOR PUBLIC ROAD PURPOSES
THIS INSTRU,':iENT, Made this _day of 19 �`', by
and between THE METHODIST UNION OF MINNEAPOLIS
= corporation under the lavis of the State of i•Rinnesota, party of the first
part, and the Village of Edina, a municipal corporation organized under the
laws of the State of Minnesota, party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, in consideration
and other valuable considerations,
of One and no/100 Dollars ($1.00).L/to it in hand paid by the said party of the
second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does Grant, Bargain,
Sell, Convey, and Warrant to said party of the second part an Easement in per-
petuity for public road purposes in, under, and over the following described
property situate in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, to -wit:
The Westerly 30 feet of the Southerly 405 feet of Lot 11,
Warden Acres.
This grant of easement is executed and delivered subject to the
express condition and in consideration of the firm understanding,
that at no time shall Lot 11, Warden Acres, be charged or assessed
of the street
for the paving, black- topping or other improvemen" of which the
above described 30 foot strip will be a part, except for curb and
gutter when installed.
