a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota,
party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, in considera-
tion of One and no /100 (1.00) Dollars, to them in hand paid by the said party
..of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do Grant,
Bargain, Sell, Convey and Warrant to said party of the second part an Easement
in perpetuity for sanitary sewer purposes, including the right to enter for the
purpgse of constructing, maintaining, altering, repairing and reconstructing
a sanitary sewer system in and over the following described property situate in
the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, to -wit:
The Nortnerly Ten (10) feet of the East Seventy -five (75) fee6 of the
West Five Hundred Twenty -five and Fifty Hundredths (525.50) feet of
the North One Hundred Fifty (150) feet of the Northeast Quarter (4)
of Sec. 30, T. 28, R. 24. Except Road.

It is the intention and agreement of the Parties hereto that the party
of the second part shall in the construction, or maintenance of said sanitary

TAX LAW
Taxes become due on the first lllonday of January in the year following
that in which the assessment is male.
If the tax against any tract or lot exceeds $1.00, the same may be paid in
installments, as follows:
First one -half on or before May 31st
Second one -half on or before October 31st
or
First quarter on or before March 31st
Second quarter on or before May 31st
Third quarter on or before August 31st'
Fourth quarter on or before October 31st
If the first one -half is not paid on or before May 31st, the following pen-
alties will attach: During June -3%, July -4 %, August -5%, September -
6 %, October - -7 %.
During November and December the penalty is 8% computed on any amount
remaining unpaid. 8 % interest is added after March 1st following.
The secpnd' one -half cannot be paid until the first one -half has been paid.
The liw '0des pot impose a penalty if the first or third quarters are not paid
on or before the dates specified (March 31st, August 31st).
If the amo unt unpaid on November 1st exceeds $25.00, the same may be
paid in installments of not less the 25%, plus penalties and costs, any time
before the tax judgment sale.
NOTICE
The County Treasurer does not determine the amount of the tax, neither
can be make adjustments or corrections. Valuations are placed by the
Assessor of the Township or Village in which the property is located.
Special improvements are ordered by the Town Board or Village Council.
Any question relative to these items must be taken up with the Town or
Village Clerk or Assessor.
