THIS INSTRUMENT, Made this3nd day of Jae , 19 64, by

of the County of Hennepin
and State of Minnesota, parties of the first part, and the Village of Edlina,
a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota,
party of the second part
WITNESSETH, That- ,the said parties of the first 'part, in considera-
tion of One and no/100 (1.00) Dollars, to them in hand paid by the said party
of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do Grant,
Bargain, Sell, Convey, and Warrant to said party of the second part an Ease -
ment in perpetuity.for storm sewer purposes, including the right to enter

STATE GEED TAX DUE HEREORILLM
It is the intention and agreement of the Parties hereto that the party
of the second part shall in the construction, or maintenance of said storm sewer
replace any shrubs or sod'removed by any excavation in connection with such con-
struction or maintenance work, in as nearly as possible the same condition as
before such excavation.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The said parties of the first part have hereunto

EASEMENT FOR STORM SEWER
THIS INSTRUMENT, Made this 2nd day of June , 19 64, by
and between Charles S. Hoyt and Erma S. Hoyt. husband and wife
, of the County of Hennepin
and State of Minnesota, parties of the first part, and the Village of Edina,
a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota,
party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, in considera-
tion of One and no/100 (1.00) Dollars, to them in hand paid by the said party
of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do Grant,
Bargain, Sell, Convey, and Warrant to said party of the second part an Ease-
ment in perpetuity for storm sewer purposes, including the right to enter
for the purpose of constructing, maintaining, altering, repairing and recon-
structing a storm sewer system in, under, and over the following described
property situate in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, to -wits
A ten foot (10') wide easement in bat 1, Block 4, Hilldale
described as followo:
Beginning at a point on the north line of Lot 1, Block 4, zilldale,
which point is seventeen and nineteen hundredths feet (17.191)
easterly of the northwest corner of said Lot 1; theace.eastarly
along said north line of Lot 1, a distance of seventeen and sixty -six
fund feet (17.461) ;.thence southeasterly at a deflection angle
r of 34® 30: o the right, a distance of seventy-five feet (75');
_ kanca- sethwesterly at a deflection angle of 90 to the right, a
distance of ten feet (101); thence northwesterly at a deflection
angle of 90o to the right, a distance of eighty -sine and fifty -five
hundredths feet (89.551) to the point of beginning.
