HomeMy WebLinkAbout10241oZ-4 RESOLUTION VACATING STREET UNNAMED STREET LYING BETWEEN SOUTH LINE OF LEE VALLEY CIRCLE AND SOUTH LINE OF CAROLA Z ADDITION WHEREAS, two weeks' published notice and posted notice of a hearing to be had on April 6, 19640 at 7300 P.M., on the petition of Stanley W Carlson, 7009 Lee Valley Circle, acid others, for the Vacation of that Unnamed Street lying between the South line of Lee Valley Circle, and the South line of CaWrolans Addition, and between Lct 39 Block 19 Carolane Addition and Lot 3, Block S, Carolane Addition, has been given and aeade, and a hearing has been had thereon by the Village Councils NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Edina, Hennepin Comty, Minnesota, that the following street be and is hereby Vaeatedt . "THAT UNNAMED STREET LYING BETWEEN THE SOUTH LINE OF LEE VALLEY CIRCLE AND THE SOUTH LINE OF CAROLANE ADDITION, AND BETWEEN NAT 39 BLOCK 1, CAitOLlkS ADDITION PAD LOT 39 BLOCK S, CAROLANE ADDITION, all as platted and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota ".
