feet to the actual point of beginning; thence Southeasterly, deflecting to the right
105 degrees 25 minutes 30 seconds, a distance of $1.87 feet; thence South, parallel
with said East line, a distance of 72.66 feet; thence Southeasterly, deflecting to
the left 74 degrees 34 minutes 30 seconds, a distance of 12.07 Peet; thence Southeasterly
