HomeMy WebLinkAbout1064991r 72 30 1064 351.2316 A RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF CADILLAC DRIVE WHEREAS, two weeks' published notice and posted notice of a hearing to be held on November 16, 1964, at 7:00 P. M., on the proposed vacation of the street hereinafter described has been given and made, and a hearing has been held thereon by the Village Council: NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Village Council of the Village of Edina, Hennepin County, Minnesota, that that part of Cadillac Drive located between the North line of Lot 1, Block 4, and the South line of Lot 61 Block 2, and the South line of Outlot 1, Parkwood Knolls 11th Addition, all as platted and of record in the office of the Reg- ister of Deeds in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota, be and hereby is vacated.
