The deed which conveyed that property to the Village also contained a perpetual easement over a portion of Lot 11in Willard's Subdivision of Block 17, Mendelssohn. The original of that deed is retained in the Office of the Registrar of Titles, but I thought you might like to have a copy of it for your file. I, therefore, enclose: herewith a copy of that deed. This deed is not signed,but, as staged, the original is in the Office of the Registrar of Titles. The original was also recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds as Document No. 3592209. Should you want a certified copy of that deed, it can easily be obtained and I will be happy to obtain one if you desire. However, the enclosed copy might be adequate for your purposes. The description contained in this deed which is not contained in your Owner's Duplicate Certificate of Title No. 401122 is that bracketed in red. The other properties were also conveyed but are Torrens property and, as stated, contained in said Certificate of Title. If you have any questions, please advise.
