4. That applicant desires to obtain approval of the use of the land hereinabove described for a pur-
pose other than that stated in the condition of the deed hereinabove referred to, for the following pur-
poses; (c) A sanitary sewer runs directly through the property. See attached drawing.
A fire station was built on Tracy Avenue in lieu of this location. Therefore, the

certified copy of a resolution of the Village Council authorizing the change of use.
Wherefore applicant prays that the use of the lands for the new purposes hereinabove stated be
approved.

RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, The Village of Edina on May 20, 1966 received a conveyance
of tax forfeited lands from the State of Minnesota conveying to it for fire
station purposes a tract of land described as follows:
The West 20 feet of the East 250 feet of the South 2.5 feet
of the North 177.48 feet of the West 660 feet of the North-
west Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW 1/4 of SW 1/4),
Section Thirty (30), Township Twenty -eight (28), Range Twenty -
four (24), according to the United States Government Survey
thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota;
and
WHEREAS, the Village subsequent thereto constructed a new fire
station near the intersection of Tracy Avenue and County Highway No. 62 and
the above described property is no longer needed for a fire station site;
and
WHEREAS, there now exists under said property a sanitary sewer
easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the
Village of Edina that an application be made to the State of Minnesota, De-
partment of taxation to change the use of the land above described from one
for fire station purposes to sanitary sewer purposes.
