Re: Sanitary Sewer Condemnation
Dear Joe:
We enclose herewith a copy of the final report of commis-
sioners, the original of which has been delivered to the Clerk of
District Court's office. The only variation in this final report
of the commissioners from the previous report that I had given you
relates to Parcel No. A -9. Mr. Shenahan had previously informed
me that the commissioners intended to award $1,050 to Mr. and Mrs.
Keil. When the award was sent to this office, the amount stated
for damages as to their parcel, as you will note, was $1,150. He
made no explanation for this change other than to call it to my
attention.
Very truly yours,
DORSEY, OWWEEN, BARKER, SCOT' & BARBER
