It is my area and that stormwater provided, it appears the contour. rk has received the attached survey along with single family home at 4257 Ottawa Avenue South. reference to the City of Edina having plans to fill understanding there is no storm sewer to drain this eventually percolates. Based upon the calculations 100 year storm event can be stored below the 876.00 Due to the pending construction of a single family home with a basement floor elevation of 876.5, the City of St. Louis Park respectfully requests the City of Edina not allow fill in this area. Any fill in this low area could increase the 100 year flood stage and potentially damage the single family home. Thank you for your consideration of this request.
