This easement has been duly recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds as Document No. .3646027. I also enclose herewith an easement from Erna R. Wurz over the West 25 feet of Lot 49, Warden Acres for road and utility purposes. This easement has been duly recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds as Document No: 3646026. 1 These two easements together grant to the Village of Edina -the necessary road easement over the West 25 feet of Lot 49, Warden Acres and give to the Village, with the presently dedicated portion y of Crescent Drive, a 50 foot right of way for Crescent Drive.
