Phyllis A. Nygaard to remove utility easement
over 4708 Trillium Lane.
Served upon you herewith, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes and
Court Rules controlling, is an Order to Show Cause in the referenced
proceedings.
The 5 -foot utility easement which we are seeking to eliminate was
originally delineated on an underlying plat and it directly affects
the petitioners' lot, which is known as 4708 Trillium Lane. The
names of the respondents appearing in the title have an interest
in other lots in the underlying plat.
