HomeMy WebLinkAbout1356w \ 3768950 EASEMENT FOR STORM SEWER THIS INSTRUMENT, made this _-;L % day of 19 699 by and between GABBERT AND GABBERT COMPANY, a Limited Partn rship, of the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, party of the first part, and the Village of Edina, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota, party of the second part; WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first part, in consideration of One and no /100 (1.00) Dollars, to it in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does Grant, Bargain, Sell, Convey, and Warrant to said party of the second part an Easement in perpetuity for storm sewer purposes, including the right to enter for the purpose of constructing, maintaining, altering, repairing, and reconstructing a storm sewer system in, under, and over the following described property situated in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, to wit: The North 5.00 feet of that part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 116, Range 21 lying West of the Westerly right -of -way line of the Minneapolis, Northfield and Southern Railroad, and lying South of the North 420 feet thereof, as measured along the West line thereof.
