FOLLESE, husband and wife, both of whom are residents of the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, parties of the first part, and the Village of Edina, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota, party of the second party WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, in considera- tion of One and no /100 Dollars ($1.00), to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do Grant, Bargain, Sell, Convey, and Warrant to said party of the second part an Ease- ment in perpetuity for public road purposes, in, under, and over the following described property situate in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, to -wits A permanent street easement described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 19, Block 1, Codes Highview Park except street; thence'Easterly along the South line of said Lot a distance of ten feet (10'); thence Northwesterly to a point on the West line of said Lot, said point being ten feet (10') Northerly from the Southwest corner; thence Southerly to point of beginning. A permanent easement for snow storage: The South three feet (31) of Lot 19, Block 1, Codes Highview Park lying West of the East one hundred feet (1001) except street. A temporary construction easement: The South five feet (51) of the Easterly two hundred feet (200') of said Lot and from a point on the West line twenty feet (20') Northerly of the Southwest corner of said Lot to a point five feet (51) North of the South line and two hundred feet (2001) West of the East line of said Lot.
