A permanent street easement: Commencing at the Southeast corner of Lot 6, Block 2, Codes Highview Park; thence Northerly along the East line of said Lot a distance of ten feet (10'); thence Southwesterly to a point on the South line said point being ten feet (101) West of the Southeast corner of said Lot; thence Easterly to point of beginning.
