EASEMENT FOR PUSLIC ROAD PURPOSES

THIS INSTRUMENT, Made this 14th day of August , 19 69, by
and between Richard A. Edstrom and Julie A. Edstrom,
husband and wife of the County of Hennepin
and State of Minnesota, parties of the first part, and the Village of Edina,
a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota,
party of the second party
WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, in considera-
tion of One and no/100 Dollars ($1.00), to them in hand paid by the said party
of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do Grant,
Bargain, Sell, Convey, and Warrant to said party of the second part an Ease-
ment in perpetuity for public road purposes, in, under, and over the following
described property situate in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota,
to -wit:
A permanent easement for street purposes: The North three feet (3')
of East one hundred forty -four and nine tenths feet (144.9') of Lot 2,
Block 1, Hayden Addition.
A temporary construction easement: The South two feet (2') of the
North five feet (5') of the East one hundred forty -four and nine - tenths
feet (144.9') of Lot 2, Block 1, Hayden Addition. Said tem po.ca).,
easement shall terminate on December 31, 1969.
This instrument is exempt from the State Deed Tax
