EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC ROAD PURPOSES
THIS INSTRUMENT, Made this'-4th day of August , 19'69 , by
and between Merrill L. Gunderson and Helen P. Gunderson, husband and wife,
of the County of Hennepin
and State of Minnesota, parties of the first part, and the Village of Edina,
a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota,
party of the second party
WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, in considera-
tion of One and no/100 Dollars ($1.00), to them in hand paid by the said party
of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do Grant,
Bargain, Sell, Convey, and Warrant to said party of the second part an Ease-
ment in perpetuity for public road purposes, in, under, and over the following
described property situate in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota,
to-wit:
That part of the West 13 acres of the East 60 acres of the North
1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 8, Township 116, Range 21,
except road described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the center line of Dewey Hill Road, which
( is the Northeast corner of Hyde Park as platted in Hennepin
County, Minnesota; thence East along the center of Dewey Hill Road
a distance of thirty feet (30'); thence Southerly, parallel to and
thirty feet (30') East of the East line of Hyde Park, a distance
of four hundred feet (400') to a point of curve to the left with
a radius of three hundred thirty feet (3301) and a central angle
of 22037'14 "; thence Southeasterly along said curve a distance of
one hundred thirty and twenty -nine hundredths feet (130.29');
thence Southwesterly to a point on the East line of Hyde Park,
which point is five hundred fifty and one hundredth feet (550.01')
South of the Northeast corner of Hyde Park; thence Northerly to
the point of beginning.
