curved line with a radius of 370 feet; thence Easterly 118.75
feet along a compound curve to the left with a radius of
336.12 feet; thence East 170 feet tangent to last described
curve; thence Southeasterly 462.01 feet along a tangential
curve to the right with a radius of 403.84 feet; thence
Southeasterly tangent to last described curve to the North
