EASEMENT FOR PLMLIC ROAD PURPOSES
THIS INSTRUMENT, Made this 2nd day of October 9 19 70, by
and between Everth G. Thernell and Alice M. Thernell, husband
and wife of the County of Hennepin
and State of Minnesota, parties of the first part, and the Village of Edina,
a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota,
party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, in considera-
tion of One and no/100 Dollars ($1.00), to them in hand pail by the said party
of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, Ho Grant,
Bargain, Sell, Convey, and Warrant to said party of the second part an Ease-
ment in perpetuity for public road purposes, in, under, and over the following
described property situate in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota,
'o-wit.-
That part of Lot 1, Block 1, Killarney Shores Addition, .lying
Northwesterly of a line parallel with and 40 feet Southeasterly
of the following described line:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Gleason Road
extended north, with the centerline of County State Aid Highway
No. 158; thence south along the centerline of said Gleason Road
a distance of two hundred sixty and sixty -five hundredths feet
(260.65') to the actual point of beginning of the line to be
described; thence north along said centerline a distance of one
hundred feet (100'); thence along a tangential curve to the right,
said curve having a radius of three hundred thirty -seven and three
hundredths feet (337.03') (delta angle 50 °58'18 ") a distance of
two hundred ninety -nine and eighty -three hundredths feet (299.83')
and there terminating.
Together with a temporary construction easement thirty feet (30')-
in width lying easterly and southeasterly of the above described
permanent easement. Said temporary easement shall terminate
December 31, 1972.
This instrument is exempt from State Deed Tax.
