During "Community Comment," the Board/Commission will invite residents to share relevant issues
or concerns. Individuals must limit their comments to three minutes. The Chair may limit the
number of speakers on the same issue in the interest of time and topic. Generally speaking, items
that are elsewhere on tonight's agenda may not be addressed during Community Comment.
Individuals should not expect the Chair or Board/Commission Members to respond to their
comments tonight. Instead, the Board/Commission might refer the matter to sta% for
consideration at a future meeting.

Cowley, Greg Wright, Julia Selleys, Om Jahagirdar, Marnie Pardo. Jo Ann Olsen,
Planning Commission Member.
Absent: Christy Zilka
III.Approval Of Meeting Agenda
Motion by Andrew Johnson-Cowley to Approve meeting agenda. Seconded
by Alison Pence. Motion Carried.
IV.Approval Of Meeting Minutes
Motion by Alison Pence to Approve February 8, 2018 Meeting Minutes.
Seconded by Steve Sarles. Motion Carried.

A.Greater Southdale Area Plan Update
Presentation from Jo Ann Olsen regarding Greater Southdale Small Area Plan
process. Presentation included in agenda.
B.Comprehensive Plan Chapter and Recommendation Review
Working item: Discussion and review of Health Chapter of and recommendations
to be submitted to Planning Commission and comprehensive plan consultants.
VII.Chair And Member Comments
Member Wright: Update regarding Cell Tower radiation concern submitted to
council. After review, federal regulations do not allow cities to regulate distance
from cell tower to residences. Full review will be submitted to Council.
VIII.Staff Comments
Rental housing licensing and inspection program being considered in the City.
