V.Community Comment
During "Community Comment," the Board/Commission will invite residents to share relevant issues
or concerns. Individuals must limit their comments to three minutes. The Chair may limit the
number of speakers on the same issue in the interest of time and topic. Generally speaking, items
that are elsewhere on tonight's agenda may not be addressed during Community Comment.
Individuals should not expect the Chair or Board/Commission Members to respond to their
comments tonight. Instead, the Board/Commission might refer the matter to sta% for
consideration at a future meeting.

Sarles.
Absent: Christy Zilka, Julia Selleys, Dena Soukup, Amanda Herr, Om Jahagirdar,
Marnie Pardo.
III.Approval Of Meeting Agenda
Motion by Greg Wright to Approve Meeting Agenda. Seconded by Andrew
Johnson-Cowley. Motion Carried.
IV.Approval Of Meeting Minutes
Motion by Alison Pence to Approve Meeting Minutes. Seconded by Steve
Sarles. Motion Carried.

V.Community Comment
VI.Reports/Recommendations
A.Advisory Communication - Cell Tower Concern
Motion by Steve Sarles to Approve Advisory Communication and Submit to
Council. Seconded by Andrew Johnson-Cowley. Motion Carried.
B.Joint Work Session Review
Reviewed work session with City Council from June 5th. Discussion regarding
wellness and mental health initiative within school district. Discussion about Public
Health comprehensive plan chapter development and commentary on other
chapters. Review of rental housing licensing and inspection program proposal.
C.Comprehensive Plan Update/Planning
Further editing and discussion regarding content of Public Health comprehensive
plan chapter. Latest working draft of chapter to be sent to all members for
comments. Final draft due to consultants in August, so July meeting may be last
opportunity to approve the language in the chapter.
VII.Chair And Member Comments
Discussion of possible work plan items for 2019 including firearm issues
and opioid access and intervention.
