During "Community Comment," the Board/Commission will invite residents to share relevant issues
or concerns. Individuals must limit their comments to three minutes. The Chair may limit the
number of speakers on the same issue in the interest of time and topic. Generally speaking, items
that are elsewhere on tonight's agenda may not be addressed during Community Comment.
Individuals should not expect the Chair or Board/Commission Members to respond to their
comments tonight. Instead, the Board/Commission might refer the matter to sta% for
consideration at a future meeting.

Motion by Amanda Herr to approve meeting agenda. Seconded by Andrew
Hawkins. Motion Carried.

A.July 13, 2020 Draft Meeting Minutes
Motion by Andrew Hawkins to approve July meeting minutes. Seconded by
Philip King-Lowe. Motion Carried.

A.2020 Work Plan Progress Review
B.2021 Work Plan Discussion/Development
Discussed progress on 2020 work plan and continuing of initiatives into 2021.
Interest in expanding on initiative 1 to potentially include items like the Vitals App
that was presented at July meeting. Also interest in adding 'social isolation' item
from parking lot into initiative 1. Interest in creating initiative around opioid item in
parking lot, relating to increasing awareness of existing programs. Staff Liaison to
work with Chair and Vice-Chair to develop initiatives for full Commission
approval.

Instructions:
Each section with a white background should be filled out.
Do not fill out council charge. Scott will complete this section with his proposed charge to the Council.
Liaisons are responsible for completing the budget and staff support columns.
At the end of each quarter give brief description over status of initiatives
List initiatives in order of priority
Initiative Type:
Project – This is a new or continued initiative.
Annual / On-going: – Initiative that is on the work plan every year.
Event - Event or awards coordinated by the commission (not City staff).
Progress Reports:
New Addition: Quarterly Progress Reports! Like department work plan updates, we will also do the same for commission work plans
to keep Council updated on their work progress and allow us to capture data to be used in the future.
MJ will contact Liaisons when quarterly progress reports are due.
